State-owned Enterprises Spiritual Construction Update Meeting was held by SASAC civilization office on 23th July in Beijing. The meeting publicized the essential spirit of President Xi Jinping’s speech on the award ceremony of National Civilized Units. Elected the 4th Annual National Civilization Unit, Chonfar sent a delegate for the meeting. Chonfar is the first one awarded this national honor among all the ChemChina members.
The 4th Annual National Civilized Units are elected through strict comprehensive investigation, excellence evaluation and public hearings. A total of 2242 units are on the final list, including 74 units subordinated to management of SASAC. Being a highest honor for enterprises from the central government, the title is an embodiment of the enterprises’comprehensive competitiveness and image of an enterprise.
