Recently, Taskin Plaza Project A-2 District, after being honored as a demonstration project for safety quality standardization of the province, is listed in the second batch of Provincial Excellent Projects During 2013-2014, an honor authorized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Hunan Province. This is a project constructed under the supervision service of Changsha Huaxing Construction Supervision Co.,Ltd, the branch company of the Institute.
Taskin Plaze has a total building area of 1,450,000 ㎡. It is a comprehensive business area with the coverage of business office, fashion shopping, dining and entertainment, luxury hotels, business apartments, hotel apartments, residence, schools, etc. The first stage project was started in May 2013 and put into operation in March 2015. The high-quality supervision service is well received by the Cilent and the provincial administrative departments in charge. Besides, other districts of the project, i.e. B1-B2、B4-B6、B3-B7 were awarded as the Municipal Excellent Structural Engineering in 2013 and 2014.
