A ceremony was held in Beijing for the signing of an engineering design contract of GNRE-COMIBOL 350,000tpa KCl Industrial Plant in Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia. Vice president Zeng Quanman attended the ceremony on behalf of the Institute, marking the Institute’s first step into South American market.
This milestone project was the fruit of adequate early stage technical communication and business negotiation among the Institute, the Mining Corporation of Bolivia and the EPC contractor China CAMC Engineering Co.,LTD. Earlier than this, the Institute sent a team of experts to conduct site investigation and sampling in Salar de Uyuni , Bolivia.
