Three members of our institute, including senior engineer Lu Zhibin, went to get a look at the salt lake resources of Bolivia, June 2~22, 2009, mainly to study the environment and utilization possibilities of lithium and potassium resources in Uyuni Lake and the Coipasa Salt Flat, in the southern part of Bolivia. They explained our technical advantage in exploiting the salt lake resources to Bolivian mining officials and our ideas on cooperating with Bolivian institutions and enterprises in exploiting the salt lake resources.
