The Sangzhi Urban Sewage Treatment Plant is in the city of Zhangjiajie, Hunan and has a designed capacity of 4 × 104 cu m/d over the long term, and 2×104 cu m/d in the short term. It has a sewage pipe network system 45 km long. The treatment process uses a micro-power biofilm process. Total cost of phase-1 is put at 74.63 million yuan.
