The Dong’an County Sewage Treatment Plant sits at the intersection of Lengdong Rd and National Highway 207. The engineering project involves a sewage treatment plant and a sewage pipe network. The treatment plant covers 35,333 sq m of land and is being built in two phases. The first phase design calls for a capacity of 20 000 ton/day, at a total cost of 113.54 million yuan, while the treatment plant is set at 36.54 million yuan, while the sewage pipe network is 77 million yuan. The pipe network is 45.48 km long in total and covers all the planned area of the seat of Dong’an county.
