Research on a new dressing process for low-grade collophanite in Shimen, Hunan province

The raw material is low-grade collophanite with 15 percent P₂O_5, in Shimen, Hunan, with a new ore dressing process and agents being applied. After the ore dressing, a phosphor concentrate is obtained, with a P₂O₅ content of not less than 30 percent, and harmful MgO content of not more than 1.5 percent. The recovery rate of P₂O₅ is not less than 75 percent.
